Job Overview:
The job role requires to manage, control and distribution of technical manuals, manufacturer's manuals, and organization’s documents as per the company policy.
It requires to administer and ensure recording, preservation, controlling, archiving, and retrieving of continuous airworthiness records and delivery documents as per regulatory requirement
Key Responsibilities:
Receipt updating and distribution of Manufacturer/ Vendor/ In-house technical publications, Departmental manual in various formats across the network as per the mailing/distribution list & ensuring acknowledgment receipt and maintaining record / log of the same and uploading on company intranet
Downloading/ Receipt/ Definition of Mandatory documents/SB/SL/Temporary Revisions (TR), etc. & distribution of the same to the respective FTM /LM/Planning functions
Dispatch of revision status of various manuals received from manufacturer, vendor manuals & Departmental manual, revision status across the network as per mailing list
Making arrangements to obtain online access to vendors/OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) extranet web site for users
Provide on request documents to internal and external users i.e. check documents, OEM Manuals, CMM’s (Components Equipment Module) etc
Distribution of Maintenance Memo, Inspection Notices and uploading on the company intranet (DMS)
Prepare report on current revision status of the manufacturer’s documents, internal documents, and manual, technical publications, etc. on monthly basis
Coordination with aircraft manufacturers and vendors for updating of currency of the technical publications
Coordination with IT and maintenance for updating the Toolbox revision on 787 UMD
Maintain Master copies of approved AMP (Approved Maintenance Program), MEL (Maintenance Equipment List), Schedules, etc
Assist and support Technical Records Team in day to day functions
Coordinating and providing information / records during Lessor inspections or internal/external audits
Preparation of fleet reports as required from time to time
Skills & Attributes:
Good communication skills
Good standard of computer literacy (MS office applications)
Work Experience:
2 years of working in the aviation industry out of which minimum 1 year of working experience in Engineering/Tech Records/CAMO
Qualification:
DGCA License or BAMEL in ‘’JE’’ or equivalent DGCA modules preferred
Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or 3 years DGCA approved course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
