About the role:
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for helping them achieve this ambition through:
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Assisting in time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note taking.
Answering phone calls, takes notes, scheduling meetings and send emails.
Working closely with the management team and project team.
Organizing events and conferences.
Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, email, and letter writing.
Management of SVP diary for meeting, tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Booking business travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
About you:
Any Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
Minimum 6 years administrative experience in personal assistant (P.A.) or secretariat position
A brilliant multi-tasker.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Flexible and effective in handling different situations.
Attentive to details.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiar with latest technology.
Excellent English language oral, written and presentation skill required.
Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken is an advantage.
Excellent organizational ability in setting priorities, handle multiple responsibilities work, interruptions and meet deadlines.
