Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Ahmedabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring aircraft arrivals and departures and amending turnaround schedules if there are delays
Liaising with ground crew and ensuring that tasks, such as cleaning, refueling and loading, are completed on time
Assist flight dispatcher to calculate fuel requirements
Assign the aircraft for the next day of operations considering the commercial and engineering requirements
Assisting flight paperwork for the crew, such as printing of flight plans ,NOTAMs and weather reports
Day to day documentation work in aircraft and flight dispatch department
Ensure all documents are reached after the flight and all reports and logs maintained as per DGCA and company regulations
Ensuring on time reporting of the crew
Assisting crew control department at time of divergence
Maintain flight watch
Filing of flight plans and ensuring on time flight departure with ADC numbers
Assisting in day to day fuel monitoring and tankering
Assisting operations engineering ,crew control training and licensing team as and when required
Act as flight operations controller and handle all the abnormalities
Make sure that the flow of information is reaching to operations control
Maintain regular radio communication with company aircraft
Desired Candidate Profile:
Preferably Engineering/Physics/Mathematics degree or more
RTR-COP (A) is a must
Non-Indian dispatcher license or private dispatcher course completion is an added advantage
You will need to be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
You will need to take quick decisions concerning safety, flight regulations, and the economy of operations.
You must be well trained on Microsoft Excel and Word
Very good communication skill in English and talking skills in Hindi
Good analytical skills are important to help with the interpretation of information and applying this to flight plans.
