Job Description
Scope of Work
To provide onsite support to help customer maximizing the fleet potential of EC725 AP helicopters. Work scope includes daily technical support for line and base maintenance, logistical management for PBH/RBH/CBH spare and contract terms, configuration management for ASB & SBs, cascading technical info to customer and to collect customer feedback or commercial opportunity to AHM.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Technical Support interface between the customer and AHG.
Manage customer relationship within Support Engineering context. Response to technical query within the time frame predefined by Network KPI.
Process technical query using WebTek with Network & Technical Support Manual defined quality and standard
Formulate efficient troubleshoot and repair solution for customer.
Consolidation of technical return of experience (RETEX) by reporting key technical occurrences, recurrences or failure of the product.
Synthesize Customer’s issues and prepare a detailed fleet irritant analysis for the yearly Product Improvement Plan.
Assist AHG and customer to implement corrective actions and product improvements.
Report local incident involving AHG products and report to network via ISII process
Fleet data collection in regards to availability, ASB/EASB and other information required by AHG
Assist customer in ASB/EASB application, compliance and liaising spare with relevant departments.
Weekly reporting of fleet hours and FH/Cycle on selected part numbers.
12 months forecast for dynamic component and selected part numbers workshop returns.
Organize workshops and seminars with customer for technical topic and feedback session as part of customer engagement. Assist customer introduce new equipment, retrofit and subscription to new support services
Assist customer to EIS new helicopters if available
Plan and execute rotation between Kuantan AFB, Labuan AFB and Subang depot every 2 months
Proactively explore and be aware of opportunity for new equipment, retrofit and support services
Complete recurrent training and maintain Part 66 license.
Promote best practice and safety culture to customer
Be aware and be part of AHG export control policy
Requirements:
Open to Malaysian Only
3 year experience as licensed technician for EC225 LP or EC725 LP type endorse by CAAM or Malaysia recognized aviation authority.
3 years as LAE and active working for EC225 LP or EC725 LP type
Rotorcraft experience min. 5 years
Able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written form.
Self-driven with team oriented and has a logical approach to problem solving and decision making.
Self-motived with good interpersonal skills, leadership and autonomy.
Team player with a positive approach to working together, able to work successfully as part of the team.
Be able to multi task in a fast paced environment, and able to work under pressure.
Competent in the use of IT tools and Office applications and MS Office and Google Suite
