Nationality: Jordanian.

English language: Any of the following English Proficiency Exams:

International TOEFL with a minimum of 70/120.

Academic IELTS grade 5.

MELAB exam grade 74.


RJ Tests: passing RJ required tests.


Minimum Height of 165cm for males and 158cm for females.

Applicant must not have any visible tattoos while wearing RJ uniform.

Applicants must pass both security and medical checks.


Age:

Minimum age is 20 years.

Maximum age is 32 years for high school graduates (31 plus 365 days).

Maximum age is 35 for university bachelors (34 plus 365 days).

For Ex-Air Force pilots, maximum age is 45 years (44 plus 365 days), and meets the following requirements:

Retired from Air force as a pilot, with 1500 hours Turbo Prop, 2500 hrs. Rotary wing or 1000 hours Turbo jet and (Total Prop hours prorated at 3:1 not to exceed 500 hours). Prop hours will only be credited when accumulated with Royal Air Force or Jordanian Flight Academies /C.F.I.

Finished his service from the Air force due to retirement, not due to dismissals


Passed the DLR test.


License: Valid CPL / IR issued from Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission.

ATPL: Valid theoretical ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) as per JCAR FCL 1 Regulations.

Regulation

Completed Multi Crew Cooperation course (MCC), or experience of more than 500 hours on multi-pilot operation.


Education:

High School 75% and above (Scientific or IT stream only).

University bachelor’s degree with high school 70% (Scientific or IT stream only).

RJ Staff and Their First-Degree Relatives (Siblings):

Education:

High School 70% and above (Scientific or IT stream only).

University bachelor’s degree with high school 70% (scientific stream only).


All other requirement and rules are applicable.


DLR TEST

DLR exam is psychological aptitude test and personality assessment conducted by German Aerospace Centre (DLR). New cadet pilot must pass the test to be qualified for Technical Interview and any future Hiring. If the candidate meets all requirements please pass by RJ Head Office – Human Resources Department, to register and submit a copy of all required documents and sign up for RJ tests.


Candidates with CPL/ATPL:

Will have a priority over the candidates without CPL/ATPL licence.


Candidates without CPL/ATPL:

RJ will consider giving the chance for the applicants who do not have the CPL & ATPL to apply for the DLR, the accepted numbers and their priority will be decided based on the availability, and internal selection process which includes interviews & tests. Education eligibility requirement to apply under this category:


Retest:

Retest is ONLY allowed for candidates who failed the CBT phase, and is NOT allowed for candidates who failed their interview phase.

All other requirement and rules are applicable.


General Assessment Rules:

The above requirements are a must have to all applicants regardless of their previous application stage or date, no exception will be given.

Selection Priority for next DLR campaign will be based on the dates of finishing the requirements, the priority of each applicant will be the date of last finished requirement FIRST FINISHED FIRST TESTED,

There will be no priority for old applicants who did not finish the above requirements.

Applicants if not selected for current campaign must sign up for next campaign, names will not automatically be rescheduled for next DLR without request from applicants.

Campaigns might be canceled / rescheduled according to RJ needs & capacity of new pilots.

Closing date to submit requests and documents 45 Days prior the test dates.

DLR fees are Non-Refundable.
