Description
Junior Aircraft Engineer Programme (JAE)
AES (Aircraft Engineering Services) are currently recruiting for Junior Aircraft Engineer to be based at one of their Line Maintenance stations in Poland.
The 24-month Junior Aircraft Engineer Programme is dedicated to providing you with the required practical training and experience in order to become a licenced engineer. During the first phase (12 months), the programme combines a range of theoretical and practical elements which will develop your skills as an engineer for a successful career in their Engineering department. You will gain valuable experience in a live aircraft environment on their fleet of 360+ Boeing 737 NG aircraft. At the end of the 12 months, you will be in a position to apply for your Category A Licence. On successful completion of the first 12 months, you will spend time gaining line maintenance experience in one of our 80+ bases throughout Europe and base maintenance experience in one of Ryanair’s Heavy Maintenance facilities. At the end of the second phase of the program, you will be in a position to apply for your B1 or B2 licence.
Requirements:
Passed all Basic B1 and/or B2 Modules from a Part 147 Approved School
Hold full Basic Training Certificate from and EASA Part 147 Approved School
Hold a EU Passport
Full EU Driving Licence
Fluent in Polish
Good Basic Hand skills
Must have initiative; enthusiasm and be self-motivated to work in a highly rewarding and safe environment.
